Lower Park · Comfortable & clean close to downtown Burlington

Welcome to our large, 1st floor apartment close to downtown Burlington VT and the Lake Champlain waterfront. Walking distance to everything that Burlington has to offer.

We live on a residential street in the North End. Walking distance to bars, shops, and restaurants.

There are 2 parking spaces located in the rear of the house. This apartment is a 10 minute walk to Church Street, 5 minute walk to Battery Street Park, and close to the waterfront/bike path.

Our family of 6 enjoys renting out the space we called home for the past 3 years. Please enjoy your stay and let us know if there is any way we can improve it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well supplied, the main bathroom exceeded all expectations, very comfortable queen size beds, and close to the Lake and Church Street. We had our adult son with us and our toy poodle.

What a great place! Close to Church Street but far enough to enjoy quiet evenings. The home is spacious and well appointed. This was a good family place to stay for dropping our daughter off a UVM. It is close walking distance to The Mall and the waterfront. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of bedrooms, and laundry facility.

Perfect for our group and we immediately felt right at home! Very clean and modern house and very conveniently located!
