Falsely Advertised.

We ended up booking a hotel the moment we stepped into the unit. No privacy, not as described, and extremely noisy. We were told after non refundable booking that this was indeed not an entire home, but a shared unit with many other people in the upstairs area. The staircase leading up to the rest of the home was locked on their side, making the unit completely unsafe as anybody upstairs could’ve walked in at any time. Was told to cancel my reservation so others could book as soon as I voiced a concern to the owner. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Hello, Clara! You may be reviewing the wrong listing. This studio is just as pictured and described in the listing. The studio is not a shared space. There is no staircase with access to the studio. There is a private secured entrance in the back of the house. The house has three separate rental units as described and pictured, located in a quiet established suburban neighborhood.
