Poor customer service

The property manager is terrible with returning messages and completely useless if you have a problem. I was diagnosed with covid about 10 days before our trip. I tried to get ahold of Michael with several phone calls and voice mails with no response. I finally sent him messages through the app and it still took 4 days for a response (2 days before our trip was planned) When he did respond, he redirected all of my questions for cancelation to VRBO. There is a global pandemic and all he cares about is that he got paid. I will never rent from him or VRBO again.

Nice trip

We enjoyed the property very much. The only thing that we saw was that a light in guess bathroom is needed very much. Had to have flash light just to use washer & dryer.

We had a good stay. The only downside was that we were told we'd get a discounted rate on the trolley tour, but then found out otherwise...apparently because we didn't go to a presentation.

Clean, Spacious but pushy sales

Very clean and spacious room! Would definitely stay again! Sales people a little too pushy at checkin - when you keep saying no they bring someone else in to try to convince you to book a timeshare presentation. Owners of this VRBO were very good to deal with.

Great unit, lots of space.

This was a great option visiting family in east Nashville. Large unit with kitchen a living room. Comfortable bed. We didn’t use the property amenities as we were out all day but the pool looked very nice! Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property

This is a great place! Our room was better than expected. The beds were very comfortable. It was like home away from home with everything we needed to prepare meals. They even have a shuttle to and from downtown for only $10 round trip. We will definitely stay here again when we’re in town.
