VILLA M & M, a charming open concept 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located in the quiet area of NE Cape Coral. This family friendly vacation home with 1274 sq ft has an oversized pool with electric heater and extremely spacious screened lanai with plenty of room to lounge in the sun, or relax under the covered area in the shade with a tropical drink.
The front door brings you inside to the large open kitchen with white appliances. The dining table has plenty of seating for 7 guests. There is also a large breakfast bar with two barstools for additional seating.
The cozy living room is open to the kitchen and has vaulted ceilings, as well as a view of the pool area through the large sliders. Relax on the comfortable couches and enjoy watching a movie on the large flat-screen tv.
The master bedroom is located off the living room on the left side of the home and boasts a king size bed and flat screen tv. This master bedroom also offers an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The split floor plan in this home allows for complete privacy in the master suite.
Guest bedrooms 1 & 2 are on the right side of the home and share a bathroom. Guest bedroom 1 has a queen size bed and flat screen tv. Guest bedroom 2 has matching twin size beds, perfect for kids or additional guests. The guest bedrooms share the 2nd bathroom which has a shower/tub combo.
In the hallway outside the guest bedrooms you will find a desk/work area. This is the perfect area to set up a “work from home” station, complete with printer.
VILLA M & M is in the perfect area for a family vacation. This villa is located close to Pine Island Road and lots of shopping, restaurants and fun things to do with the family are a short driving distance away. Matlacha and Pine Island are quaint little towns located about 10 minutes away. Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Islands are approximately 30-45 minutes away.

It is our pleasure to accept your group and your service animal.
Please answer the following questions legally allowed by the ADA regarding your service animal.
1. Is the service animal required because of a disability?
2. What work or task has the service animal been trained to perform?
We do not charge extra for a service animal, nor do we increase the security deposit. Guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or the service animal.
Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal or other effective controls. The animal must be under control by the handler at all times therefore never left alone at any time.
If we discover a guest has misrepresented a pet as a service animal, we reserve the right to seek financial restitution, report fraudulent claims to government authorities and to evict the guest(s) without further notice. In the latter case, there will be no right to a refund for unused rent.
