Welcome to Villa Cozy! Enjoy a relaxed vacation in this cozy 3 bedroom - 2 bath home located in Cape Coral Florida. Offering enough space for all guest to experience the Florida sunny breeze. Heated pool (during the winter months) that is screened in with BBQ on the large paved lanai area. Patio furniture to get a sun tan. Internet and TV in living room to catch up on your favorite shows. All carpet home with tile in the wet areas. Beach chairs in garage for you to use if your heading to one of our white sandy beach. Cape Coral beach about a 15-20 min. drive away. Nice house but needs some work, has lots of carpet stains, I would recommend putting in hardwood flooring! Front door blinds were broken and the blinds on the sliding door weren’t working properly, but we were just careful with them. We bought Drano to put in the second bath in the bathtub drain as it was pretty clogged and it use the whole bottle and after that it worked great! Loved the Lanai area and pool area! The manager Lisa King was awesome as it listed. There was a blender, but there wasn’t one so she went out and bought one and brought it to the house so we could make the kids smoothies! this is the first time we stayed in this area of Cape Coral and I think next time we’ll go back to Southeast side!

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Cozy. It was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The location was very good for us, being near Pine Island and Santa Barbara. It felt like a home away from home. The lanai and pool is also a great feature and it was very nice to watch sunsets from the backyard.

Great Pool and good location for us

Once we got the pool heater on, it was great to swim in for the cloudy, rainy month of January. The house was well stocked with everything you need to stay. Added a couple of storage bowls in the kitchen. But everything else was good.

Very clean house.

Very very clean property. A pool warm enough to swim in December. At daytime neighbor drive buggy with exhaust sound sometime. Night time is silent.

It was ok..

The inside of the house was nice and clean. The outside needs more attention, if you are afraid of spiders I wouldn't rent this property, we had to kill a few black widows right by the doors. The pool was nice and warm but again surrounded by cobwebs and spiders. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Week long trip in March

We stayed in this house for a week in March. The house was well stocked with towels (both bath and pool) and kitchen supplies. The house was clean when we arrived and we had a wonderful time using the heated pool. The baby fence was huge bonus as we had a very curious one year old roaming around. There was more than enough space for a family of 4. I would stay here again. My only complaints are that there was an apartment building being built a street or two behind the home which was very noisy and viewable while we were outside by the pool. The home wasn’t very private. I think a privacy fence would make all the world of difference for this rental. My only other complaint is the master bedroom bed wasn’t comfortable as there were dips in each side of the mattress. We were only there for a week so it was tolerable.

A bad place to take a time off!

Well, there are too many things to point out about this place, therefore, if you want to enjoy your holiday, read this post and take it into account. 1st. The house is not that cozy as the pictures tried to show, and the same with the spaces and the distribution. 2nd. The mattress, an inappropriate element to take time off. We ended up more tired just because it was tough to sleep. 3rd. The house has carpet, and the dust gave us Runny nose during the whole time in that place 4th. The house was not clean at all; we found hairs in different spots in the bathroom, the bathroom vanity was dirty, we found remains of food below the table near the kitchen, a nail that someone lost in the master bedroom, and even spider nets inside in the living room. 5th. The couches were way dirty, with many dust mites, at a point that we had to avoid sitting on there. 6th. The pool is amazing, but they activate the spa option from 9:25 A.M. to around 5:30 P.M., so the fun behind that option is very restrictive. 7th. They do not take care of the outside; there are many spiders; therefore, if you plan to go with children, be careful. It is a cover pool with spiders, and it is evident that they do not take care of that. 8th. Maintenance has to take care of different problems such as faucets and water pressure. 9th. The grill is electrical and small, do plan to use it for a large amount of food or something with a certain level of heat power. Conclusions: You have the choice to go and test it by yourself and support this kind of service or leave this agency, person, whatever, to realize that a bad service has its consequences. By the way, other posts analyze similar issues in this property.

This review is surprising to us. 1. The pictures are exactly what the house shows. 2. Never had any complaints with the mattresses. 3. the pictures clearly show there is carpet and we have them cleaned often. 4. surprising about the cleaning since we have the same cleaner with no prior issues. 5. Couch gets cleaned also when carpets are cleaned. 6. There is no spa at this home so not sure why you wrote spa. The pool time runs during the day but that does not mean you can't swim or enjoy the pool 24/7. #7. Spider / webs around home is very common in Florida and there is nothing on the market that will kill these spiders and they do not bite. You can clean them away today and by tomorrow they are back. 8. This has been completed we are now on City water and no longer on well water. 9. There is a gas grill not a electric grill.

Wonderful place to stay with your family. Quiet neighborhood, pool was wonderful whether it was in the morning, mid day or after dark. Everything was clean, check in process was super easy and host responded in a timely manner. When back in the area we would stay here again.

Very Nice Rental House.

We thought I this was a great house to stay in as it was very accommodating. Bathrooms were great. Nice neighborhood. Nice pool area. Beach / pool items to use - umbrellas, chairs, floats. 2 Bicycles in garage - but need repairs on gear shifters and handle bars on one were very loose. I would have tried to adjust them but didn’t have tools. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Furniture / decor was comfortable The only negatives I have is I believe the master bedroom bed needs a new mattress Seems to slope down towards the sides, but if you roll uphill to the middle it’s a little more comfortable. And I didn’t like that you had to lock the front door from the inside with house key - just my opinion. Would have liked to have had another key for convenience, just because we had another couple with us a few days and the locking the door issue. The nicer beaches were about an hour drive. There is one about 20 minutes away in Cape Coral at the yacht club on the river, but the water is brackish there. Nice sandy beach though. Matlacha and Pine Island are close by, as are food, shopping Sam’s Club is a block away from house. The new Farmer Joes store was awesome. Ernie - one of the neighbors across the street helps tend to the house. Great guy. Thanks for your help.

Great house, great pool/patio

We had a very nice stay at the Cozy Villa. The kitchen was well stocked, we had more than enough room with the 3 bedrooms and the pool and patio was great. The neighborhood is growing and we enjoyed walking around to check out the expansion and even walking up to Dunkin Donuts for our morning coffee. Great restaurants in the area as well.

Short stay

Wish we could have stayed longer at this rental. Enjoyed ourselves immensely. Location is great, everything is nearby except if you want to go to beach but with the awesome pool, we didn't care. We have been visiting Cape Coral for over 20 years & it's getting harder to find afffordable rentals for a 2 month stay..................

Family Spring Break

Don't do it!

CONS: Not very clean. cobwebs in every corner of the house, carpet was very dirty, stove only had 1 burner that worked, garage door wouldn't stay closed, fuses kept blowing at the fuse panel for running water, if you don't like getting wet in the shower this house is perfect for you the water pressure just dribbles, the smell of sewage while sitting by the pool. Not much around the area. PROS: Nice pool.

Perfect home for our family trip

We had a really great time. My kids loved the pool and all the amenities were provided as listed. We saw a large turtle just outside the lanai which was neat. I took a nice bike ride on one of the bikes in the garage. It was exactly what we wanted!
