Enjoy this beautiful pool home with it’s large outdoor lanai area and private heated pool, just 3 minutes away from downtown Cape Coral, lots of Great Restaurants, and very close to the Cape Coral bridge for quick access to Fort Meyers and beaches, Sanibel and many other nearby beaches.
There is also a great grocery store (PUBLIX) one street over with a very easy access route from the house One-minute drive
This Home comes fully stocked with everything you would need for your stay,
Pots, pans dishes and plenty of Linens and towels.
