This newly listed private studio guest suite boasts modern finishes and a serene ambiance for an elegant touch. Whether you're here for business or pleasure, immerse yourself in comfort and style as you unwind in this chic sanctuary. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped space designed with your utmost comfort in mind.

The studio guest suite has a private entrance and is the lower/separate unit to our house. We rarely hear noise from our guests, but even if we are quiet you may hear our footsteps.

If you do have a car, free street parking is available one block over from the unit. No day or time restrictions!

LOCATION: 12 min to Downtown, 7 min Stadiums and Ferry Terminal | 15 min to SeaTac

Mariners Trip

We came from Cali to watch our Mariners beat the Giants. The location is perfect because it is far enough away from the madness of the city traffic but close enough to the public transportation to get there in a few minutes. I do recommend using the public transportation as it is easy to navigate and is $3 a person rather than the $35 Uber ride each way. The guesthouse we stayed in was clean and decorated nicely. The bed was very comfortable and the shower water pressure was great. The host had snacks available in the pantry which comes in handy after a late night arrival after the game. One block down from the unit was a little convenience store with fresh deli sandwiches and a cute coffee shop with really good Americanos. All in all I would recommend this little gem and will more than likely stay there again when we return next year. Thank you Nazar for checking in on us while we were there.
