Beyond anything we imagined!
The pictures do not even do this rental justice. The rooms are HUGE.. the beds are so comfy. 3 full bathrooms all equipped with towels bath wash shampoos etc. The Hot Tub was clean and relaxing. This place was immaculate.. spotless! I can’t say enough about how amazing our stay was! The living room has a big flat screen with all the apps installed for use. Lots of room for sitting in there as well! Giant kitchen! It was just perfect. ***** five star review!

This UP North Retreat is centrally located. Kick back by our inside Gas Fired Fire Place or at our Fire Pit Area. Relax in our awesome Hot Tub! Our Patio area is great for outside dinning and relaxing along with a Barbecue Grill. The outside area is a great place to hang out and relax, Fire Pit, Hot Tub, Blue Tooth Speakers, Hammock.

Had it lit along with fireplace often.We had family nearby and with my growing family it is nice to have our own space. Very roomy. We had a lovely stay! The King Ranch is lovely, clean, and in an excellent location (with big, cozy beds and a warm fireplace) - close enough to all the sights, and yet in a relaxing, tree’d location that made our stay relaxing and fun! Definitely recommend, and the host is easy to chat with, very accommodating, and ensured we had a lovely stay.

We stayed at King Ranch for our son's wedding held at BlueBridge Events Centre in Grawn. It was a quiet location and very convenient for quick trips back and forth to the venue. The house and outdoor spaces were very clean and well organized and Jeff was a great communicator.

Ideal for anyone wanting a peaceful retreat in the country but still wanting to get into the city within a few minutes. The hot tub was relaxing after a busy day. Wonderful getaway

Our family had a relaxing stay at this lovely home which had lots of space and a beautiful yard. It was an easy drive to Traverse City and Sleeping Bear Dunes, we wish we could have stayed longer!

The property was great, very clean and comfortable and great communication from the owner. There was quite a bit of snow there but it was plowed and shoveled around the property which was appreciated. Absolutely would recommend.

Up north getaway

The king ranch was a great stay for our family of 4. We enjoyed the hot tub and surrounding area beaches and lakes. Traverse City is a short ride away. I would reccomend this house for a up north vacation.

Amazing property

4 good sized rooms and 3 full bathrooms. Place came equipped with speakers for outside at the hot tub and everything you could need inside. You can tell the owners take pride I. The property. Not far from downtown traverse, made for a great girls trip.

Wow! Amazing experience!

This property has it all! 4 king beds, everything absolutely clean and ready for guests, and the hot tub what the cherry on top. Just a short drive to downtown Traverse and far enough away to feel like a woodsy getaway. Cannot recommend this place enough.
