Condo was great. Location was great. Price was great. The common areas were in rough shape though. It was dirty and unkept the length of our stay. The hot tub and pool water was murky and smelled so bad we were not able to use them. The trash cans inside the men’s room were full of bloody paper towels and there was overflowing trash blowing around the outside.

This was not our favorite VRBO. It was dark unless you wanted to look out at stairs and other buildings. On the weekend it was noisy upstairs. This is a ground level unit.

We had a fantastic stay. Loved the walkability to the college and downtown, access to the hiking trails, and the hot tub was a treat after all our walking/hiking. Communication, parking, and check-in were all easy, unit was clean, and bed was very comfortable. Walls are thin, so we could hear the upstairs neighbors vacuuming & moving (what we guessed were) chairs/stools around. We used a white noise app for sleeping and that was a perfect fix. Highly recommend this property!

Great location! Very comfortable beds. Perfect home base for visiting Durango. The Silverton Train was just a few minutes away. We had a great meal at 636. Also went white water rafting.

Super clean, great location

We had a great stay here! It was the perfect size for us and had everything we needed. The location was so great, just a few minutes away from everywhere we had to be, even great hiking/biking trails close by! We’ll definitely be back!
