Our home is a lovely place to relax, near the Ocean and the 804 Trail. Our kitchen is recently updated with new Refrigerator and Stove, and comfortable furniture or relax on our nice deck. There are rockers on our front Patio to enjoy the sea breeze and catch a glimpse of the Ocean, 1 block away. We have high speed internet, and streaming available. Our Master bedroom has A king sized bed, and our second bedroom is a queen bed. Our backyard has a gas grill and a fenced in yard for your children or dog to play.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Clean and cover the outdoor grill. Shut windows and lock the backdoor. Please do not leave pans or dirty dishes in the sink, and load the dishwasher and start. Shut off light put the key in lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
For Dogs 1.No Dogs on Furniture 2.Dogs in backyard must not be left un supervised. 3.Dogs in house must not be left un-attended. 4.Pickup all waste.

Beautiful location close to ocean

We love visiting the Oregon coast during the summer and especially liked staying at this sweet little house close to the water. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable and we loved being able to walk down to the water’s edge especially for sunset. We would highly recommend

Cute cottage with great Yachats shopping and ocean access.

Cute, well appointed house just a short walk from dining and shopping in Yachats and lovely walking paths along the ocean. Beautiful sunset views!

Wonderful home, great location in a sweet quiet neighborhood with beautiful yard landscape. Enjoyed having coffee on the porch and watching the hummingbird gorge herself on the bright flowers. Mark was an outstanding host. Close to beach, town and excellent hiking trails. So relaxing and fun.

Marvelous place to stay

Great cottage and location to stay. Clean, well appointed cottage made the stay a real pleasure and very comfortable. The location is fabulous as a base for exploring the central Oregon coast. The cottage is but a couple three minute walk to the ocean and links up with the Central Oregon Coast trail which provides miles of hiking along the ocean. Ready access to some great seafood restaurants. Driving distance to many many state parks along the coast. I would highly recommend this rental for anyone wanting to explore the area.

Nice little getaway

Mark had the most fantastic communication! He was readily available for questions. The area is wonderful to explore and do day trips and just as excellent for walking down to enjoy the sunset or stay in and relax. Very clean! We got in late so house number was difficult to see, but Mark was immediately responsive to my text, assuring me I had right house.

Cottage by the Sea Yachats

We loved everything about our stay at the Cottage by the Sea in Yachats! The location is ideal for walking to the beach, which offered lots of tide-pooling opportunities plus several "sandy" beaches. The cottage was well-appointed and the perfect size for our family of three - with a great fenced-in backyard for our dog. Communication with our host was also top-notch and very responsive. Highly recommended.
