The beautiful Costal designed and decorated home is a 5 minute drive or 10 minute walk to the beach and new to the rental market! The private courtyard with pool will cool you off after a full day or peaceful stay. Heated pool available as extra cost.
Large open concept layout allows for families to find their own spot on the lanai, on a lounge chair in the sun or the spacious indoors! The home is equipped with bedrooms set up as follows:
Main floor:
Guest 1: King Size spacious room with lounger
Guest 2: Queen Size roomy with desk and onlook to pool
Guest 3: Queen Size Cozy room with onlook to pool
Full and Half Baths
2nd floor:
Guest 1: Queen Size spacious room overlooking palms
Bunk Room: 2 Full and 2 Twin Bunk Beds and still spacious enough to hang out and watch a movie in
Master: King Size overlooking Pool with en suite and large built in closets

Great house in Bonita!

This was our second year coming to Bonita Springs. Toni was a great host! The house is perfectly clean! It’s located within minutes to the beach, restaurants etc! The house accommodated a large group of us. Only recommendation I have is to add bath towels for the number of guests. Great stay and can’t wait to visit again!

Fabulous Family Getaway

This is a perfect house for a multi-generational family vacation. Cousins spent many hours in the pool together. Grandparents got their own suite. It is very close to Bonita Beach. Lots of Board games. A kitchen stocked with every cooking tools. Internet was fast. Neighborhood is cute and safe with several restaurants nearby and walking distance to Sweet Melissa's ice cream. Toni was helpful and quick to respond to any question. Couldn't recommend this house more.

This home was so perfect for my family. The large kitchen and numerous bedrooms fit them perfectly. We would like to rent this house again next March 19-26 but I can’t find it on VRBO. The pool is the perfect size for a young family and the home was clean and convenient to where other family members stayed and the beach and great restaurants. The host was very helpful.
