Welcome to the breathtaking Villa @ South lakes. This unique germ is a spacious 5 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath filled with class, luxury and comfort. This beauty is located just a couple of miles from the airport, and about a 20 minutes drive to downtown & OU. Kick back and relax on the turf and feel the breeze from the beautiful trees. With a perfectly designed back yard for entertainment including a radiant Heated pool, a relaxing hot tub, and a covered patio, the spectacular villa is yours to explore.
Looking for a quiet place for your family and friends? or looking to get noisy?! You are welcome to the spacious Villa @ South Lakes. This beauty is an incredibly unique house and can sleep 18+ people. With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms , the villa provides enough space for a large group. The gated drive with a creek bridge brings you into a big circle driveway lined with beautiful trees with a fresh breeze. The villa has a large living area with a beautifully designed ceiling and a custom built fire place. The classic dinette can sit a group of 10 people. Also feel at home at the bar and enjoy a glass of fine wine. Make your way into the kitchen with granite countertops, stocked cabinets and beautifully chosen appliances. The coffee area is very inviting with a built in stereo for some classical music. Make your way into the large Master bedroom with wood floors with a walk in closet and a gigantic jetted tub. Step out of the tub or the 3 head shower onto heated floors that will wow you. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms for your group. All rooms are well equipped with comfortable beds and a 70 inch TV. The kids will love the sleepover room with 3 queen size beds specially designed for a fun movie night. Upstairs has 2 fully equipped bathrooms.
Step outside into the beauty of the villa. Enjoy both summer and winter by the radiant heated pool with comfortable pool chairs for relaxation. Jump into the heated tub with a love one or fiends and enjoy the jets and feel of the water.
Our special put together turf is perfect for a family/friends get together, a small party group, weddings as well as just a relaxing night by the fireplace.
Grill away and enjoy the perfect summer getaway.
The villa is truly equipped to keep you and your family busy. Have fun with the games in the game room. Enjoy different variety of games including pool, ping pong, and hockey.
The Villa can comfortably contain 20 cars. There is enough space for everyone.

Weekend Retreat

We had a group of women stay in this home for a womens retreat. We never ran out of hot water, the AC was superb during 100 degree weather, the amount of sitting spaces and activities was more than sufficient for introverts and extroverts alike. The pool was amazing, the hottub was perfection. The location was secluded, safe, and gorgeous. We loved it and will likely be back for another retreat next year!! Such a great place!!

Great Villa!

Great place for small wedding! Plenty of room to sleep 10 out of town guests.About 30 people for the wedding with plenty of space and parking also.The weather was too cold to be able to use the pool or the outdoor area so everything stayed indoors. The only thing that could be improved would be to have heating in the game area.Communication with Carolyn was outstanding as she went out of her way to help out before and after our stay!

Annual Family New Year Trip

What a great place for large family gatherings! 5 very spacious rooms. Multiple beds in all upstairs rooms. The whole family enjoyed the pool (heated) and turfed yard. The location really was perfect. Large private property, feel like you are in the country but just minutes from shopping and downtown. Owner (Carolyn)was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend

Wonderful Stay

We had a nice time at the house for our family of kids and adults. The backyard turf is amazing , pool and hot tub. Plenty of room for the kids to run around and a nice cabana area as well. The beds are very comfortable and the layout of the house worked perfect for our group. Games in garage were a big hit as well. A convenient location close to Walmart for groceries, etc. The owner was very responsive and helpful . Easy check in and check out. Overall a great stay!

Perfect reunion spot

Property accommodated our family very well in addition to family members coming for a day visit. The astro-turf yard was perfect for the kids plus they enjoyed exploring adjoining wooded lot. Home updates are very nice, especially the bathrooms, and the decorated Christmas tree was appreciated. Kitchen could have been better stocked as we purchased cookie sheet, bowls and a wine opener to suit our needs. Also the outer home surroundings could have used a better clean-up and the kids' playroom toys need an upgrade. Overall very pleased.

Family Getaway

This home's layout worked great for our family of 10 - comfortable beds, games, pool, plenty of space. There are a few things that need attention around the house and pool and it was missing several amenities, mainly soaps and shampoos, etc. We still had a great time, but it wasn't quite up to par compared to other vaca rentals we've rented for the price. That said, we would still return and Carolyn was always willing to help when we needed her. The area was very quiet and a fun place for all ages!

Short Family Reunion

The photos on this listing need updated. They do not accurately portray the amenities provided. Compared to the photos, the house was not well stocked. The interior and outside hangout area both need a deep cleaning. Note: the hot tub was not turned on when we arrived. We turned it on but it was unusable the first night of our stay. Very slow to heat. Overall, the size worked well for our group of 12. Good location. Close enough to activities, but secluded enough for your own getaway.

This home was technically as described, but is an older home and it showed. The pool, hot tub and yard were great, but the house wasn't overly impressive for the price. The home had been cleaned some, but did not feel clean. If you looked at the home closely it needed a deep cleaning badly. The sheets on one bed smelled horribly and we had to wash them. There was no hand soap in 2 of the bathrooms when we arrived. The owner did bring some the next day. There was no dish soap or any kitchen cleaning supplies. There was a huge wasp nest with tons of wasps in the back yard that we had to go out and buy wasp spray for in order to be safe in the yard. The beds were HORRIBLY uncomfortable and overused. They were lumpy, bumpy and you could feel the springs on some of them. There were none of the little touches I am used to seeing at a high priced location. The positives were: plenty of parking, quiet location, away from traffic, lots of space, game room, we liked that there was plenty of seating in the living room, pool towels provided, no list of chores to do at check out. Overall we had a nice stay, but I didn't feel it was worth the high price.

We have rented numerous properties with you...nice place with a few exceptions Bathrooms needed handtowels No cleaning supplies House was cold when we arrived Batteries dead in clock, several lightbulbs needed replacing and door panel battery needed replacing Outdoor cabana cover was tattered all around One bathroom door was broken at bottom Kitchen (the hub of family gatherings) was poorly stocked (no dishtowels, hardly any bakeware. Several cabinets were empty except for some trash NO TRASH BAGS. We had to purchase the day after Christmas hot tub never heated above 78 Being in the high end price-wise.....it needed more attention
