The Space:

Upon arriving at our property, you will find plenty of parking in the garage (room for two vehicles) and a driveway around the back (room for five more). The home can be entered from the back entrance or the front door around the corner from our driveway.

Entering the property through the front door, you will be welcomed into a cozy, uplifting space with thoughtful décor and artwork.

LIVING ROOM:

Immediately on your right, as you step into the home, you will walk into our open floor-plan living area with high ceilings. The living room provides seating for your group on our matching loveseat and sofa. A large window keeps the room well-lit. A large smart TV sits mounted on the wall opposite the loveseat. For guests, Netflix is free, or you can bring your own login and enjoy almost any other streaming app! A Blu-ray player is also available with a small selection of discs.

KITCHEN:

The living room space opens to the kitchen with a bartop counter. Four bar stools allow even more room to spread out and socialize as a family or group while preparing dinner. The fully stocked kitchen has all the necessary cooking tools, coffee, paper goods, and dinnerware.

Our guests love the option of preparing a home-cooked meal in the kitchen while gathering around the bar to partake in a local craft beer and great conversation. The kitchen also features a table next to the large bay window with seating for 6.

MASTER BEDROOM:

A hall by the front door leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom and en-suite bathroom sit in the back corner of the home. The king bed sits between twin nightstands with reading lights. Our luxurious memory foam mattress will provide a good night's sleep. A four-drawer dresser provides added convenience and touches of home for your trip. A smart TV is provided here as well (Netflix provided). The en-suite bathroom comes equipped with towels and washcloths.

OTHER BEDROOMS AND BATHROOM:

The second and third bedrooms and shared bathrooms are also off the same hallway as the master.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with a memory foam mattress and twin nightstands with reading lights. Bedroom 3 contains one full bed and one twin bed with a shared nightstand in between. Both beds also have memory foam mattresses.

The bathroom sits between both bedrooms and provides a shower tub combo and well-sized vanity.

GAME ROOM:

Downstairs in the basement area, you will see a game room space – perfect for kids and competitive adults! We have foosball, ping pong, arcade-style basketball, jumbo Connect 4, and various board games. Parents often love to let their kids partake in fun down here while having some grownup time upstairs or outside.

A washer and dryer are also available in a separate part of the basement for your use.

OUTDOOR SPACE:

The deck, accessible from the kitchen, gives views of the private fenced-in backyard. Groups love to enjoy a meal at the outdoor dining area, which seats four at the table plus two at the relaxing chairs. We provide a charcoal grill so you can enjoy some outdoor cooking if you desire! Guests will need to provide their charcoal. Downstairs from the deck, you will see the firepit area, thoughtfully appointed with six chairs arranged on a gravel circle. A light string between the posts provides an intimate and fun scene to enjoy an evening fire. Please provide your firewood.

We provide a hot tub in the back corner of the yard that seats 7. Our hot tub provides the perfect space to unwind and soothe muscles sore from hiking or a tired mind on a break from the everyday stresses of life!
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home and property except for a small, locked owner's closet.

Entry is via a keypad on the front door.

✔ Cleanliness is our top priority, and we pride ourselves on welcoming you into a sparkling clean home!

✔ Our home has a washer and dryer, an ironing board, and an iron for your use. Dryer sheets and detergent are available.

✔ We keep a first aid kit in the kitchen for minor cuts and scrapes.

✔ We provide premium linens for each guest.

✔ We provide essential paper goods and consumables - paper towels, tissues, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, and sponges.

✔ coffee, creamer, sugar, tea, and local honey are included.

If you're looking for an early check-in or a late check-out, you can request and snag these through the store. Just a heads up, while we'll do our best, we can't promise these options. It's all about making sure our cleaning crew has ample time to prep the home for your stay or for the next set of awesome guests!

**Important**
Please make sure you read and comply with these rules:

-NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN THE HOME AT ALL or on the property.
-No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
-NO Excessive guests. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
-NO Mailing Packages to the home.
-NO PARTYING or Events of any kind inside or on the property.

-We love our neighbors and ask that you please respect the community. Noise level MUST BE MINIMAL after 10PM! There is a noise level county ordinance. We do not want complaints! Violation of the noise/party rule could result in the police being called, termination of your reservation, and the security deposit retained. We must respect the peace of the community! Thank you.



**Fire Pit Safety**
-Never leave fire unattended
-Ensure fire is completely out before leaving or going to bed.
-Firewood can be purchased at the local Ingles.

**PENALTIES FOR THE FOLLOWING**
Held against security deposit and claim will be filed with Airbnb.
**Stolen property: At cost of the stolen property.
**Smoking in the home: $250 or More, dependent on cost to clean.
**Lost Keys: $50 to rekey
**Late Checkout Past 10am without our consent. $75
**Excessive Guests than reservation. $50 per guest or Cancellation of Reservation without Refund.
**Excessive Cleaning if the place is left filthy with trash everywhere. $150

**You must also acknowledge**

Amenity limitations- We provide two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, two rolls of paper towels, and two garbage bags for each bin. More can be provided for longer stays, and may have a charge associated. If you need more, please ask and we will try to accommodate you.

Please only flush toilet paper and NOTHING else. If the sewer clogs during your stay, a fee will be assessed to have a plumber come and make repairs.

The ring camera is for the protection of our property and is not actively monitored. It also provides you, the guest, security and additional availability to contact us. There are no cameras inside the home.
