Nice room for families with plenty of space and nice balcony overlooking Broadway. Easy walk to the beach, or the promenade. Great pool area with 2 hot tubs and kiddie pool.

We were strong armed into a two hour timeshare presentation. Definitely not a fan of that. I tried to do a load of laundry and the washing machine was absolutely filthy. I washed my clothes twice and ended up rewashing everything when I got home. Seaside and Cannon Beach are my happy places. Wish the accommodations were less expensive.

Great place for kids!

This condo complex is the perfect place to bring kids and bond over shared experiences. It's not an ideal fit for people wanting a quiet place to stay and enjoy the beach. There are loud kids everywhere and they were having a fantastic time!

The unit was nice. There is a side view of the beach. The property is right on the boardwalk, so the location can't be beat. Downsides - check in was a hot mess. I think it took us about 45 minutes of waiting and getting wrist bands and pressed to sit through a timeshare presentation before we were in. Parking was also not intuitive, but once we were set it was fine. Last thing is that it is like a hotel, so you hear other guests at night and in the mornings.
