About this property

This Black Butte Ranch home (RR70) is full of charm, centrally located between the South Meadow and Glaze Meadow Recreation Center. Newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms with modern furniture and touches.

Off the entry is a spacious, recently updated, and inviting master bedroom and bath. Wake up to a view of the beautiful trees with a deck to sit on to enjoy the morning sun.

The wide open and bright living room has comfortable furniture with a large rock wood burning fireplace. The larger television will keep you entertained after long hours recreating. The wireless internet will keep you in touch with family and friends.

The newly remodeled kitchen is well-equipped, very open and has plenty of counter space for all your cooking needs. The cook will never feel left out as it is open to the dining and living areas. The dining table sits 6 and the other guests can sit at the large eating bar which seats 2 comfortably.

Off the kitchen is the laundry room, with washer and dryer and a half bath that has been updated with all modern touches.

Upstairs is one bedroom with 3 twin beds (one is a trundle) and one bedroom with a queen with gorgeous big open windows to enjoy the juniper and pine trees. There is a shared bathroom between the two bedrooms.

You and the kids will love the convenient, central location. Go west and it's just a short distance to the South Meadow Pool area. Walk or bike south the short distance to the Glaze Meadow Recreation Center. Go out back and play a game of horse shoes! Or take advantage of having the walking trails and national forest right behind the house to explore the ranch. You may even see elk or deer out there!

Enjoy the spacious, wrap around decks for sunbathing or evening BBQ's with the family. All in all, this is the perfect Black Butte Ranch retreat.

Beautiful cabin for family trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love coming to Black Butte over the holidays with grandparents. This was a great spot to spend a comfortable week together. The rental is very clean, kitchen well appointed. Attentive handyman available when heater needed addressed. Our only suggestions are to add a rubber mat by doors to avoid wet shoes on carpeting; and consider upgrading sheets on beds (otherwise great blankets). We'll be back!

Pretty good!

Overall pretty nice place. Nice location. Only complaint was the cleanliness. Lots of dust in corners of the house especially the bathrooms. Besides that we enjoyed the house!
