About this property

Conveniently located steps away from the Glaze Meadow indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, steam room, workout facility, tennis courts, and children’s playground, our house is perfect for a gathering of 2 families! The main floor has an open concept kitchen and living area with a fireplace that is surrounded by a large private wraparound deck. There is a private media room off of the dining room on the first floor. There is a king bedroom with an attached full bath and 2 king bedrooms that share a full bath in the hallway. Upstairs you will find the 2nd king bedroom with an attached full bath, a kid's bedroom with a twin bunk bed and a loft area perfect for watching TV, playing games or relaxing with a book!

Black Butte Ranch charges an Access and Community Recreation Fee of 12% of the nightly rate. This access fee is to help offset some of the costs associated with maintaining Ranch facilities and is collected at the time of booking.

Great location.

House located within walking distance to pool and tennis/pickleball courts. Nice to be able to walk back from pool to grab lunch and then return. Also can sit on back deck and watch kids on tennis courts. We all had a great time and will be returning next summer.

Great location

The property is very nicely updated! Roomy kitchen and Baths.. plenty of comfy beds! We had 2 small families and Nana and Papa and had rooms for everyone! The property is very close to the swim center so very convenient! Fireplace with plenty of wood was very cozy! TV room off the dining room was just perfect! Lots of bikes in the garage but so much snow we will need to go back in summer to use those! All in all a great stay!

Easy and clean.

Enjoyed our stay, plenty of comfortable amenities without lots of excess decor. We appreciated the flexibility on check-in time. Only thing we missed was a tea kettle. Many thanks!

Four generations of our family have enjoyed Black Butte Ranch since 1978. On a whim, and looking for an opportunity to create a family getaway, our grandparents bought a house in an unknown gated community called Black Butte Ranch. We've created countless memories as a family and want to share our home with you.

Why they chose this property

Glaze Meadow 43 sits right next to a bike bath in view of the tennis courts. Walking distance to the Glaze Meadow Pool and amenities. There are 3 decks that wrap around the house. There are 3 rooms on the main floor (one of which is a master), a 2nd master on the second floor and of course the famous rainbow room! Our home finally went through a remodel which allows for a very livable space.
