About this property

Peaceful acre on lake Kerr with beautiful newly remodeled Cottage with <100 ft of walkable canal beach access to the Lake. Perfect for Kayaking/Boating on Big Lake Kerr. The location is the South West corner of the Lake which has the best sunsets on the Lake. You can bike, car or walk to the town of Salt Springs which is in the middle of the Ocala National Forest. There is also the Salt Springs marina to drop boat in to get to Lake George and the Silver Glenn Springs recreational area on lake George, or 15 minute drive there by car.
