Super cute and well maintained and appointed older home right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Went to the Book Barn, Rocky Neck SP beach, puttered around historic Essex, joined the Monday night sea shanty sing along night at the 250 yr old Griswold Inn, spent a day at the Mystic Seaport Museum.Great trip! Ate tons of seafood!

The cottage in Niantic was very charming inside and outside. It was in a great location. It was a lovely neighborhood. The neighbors were so friendly always saying hi and giving us ideas of what to do and where to go. The house itself was clean and well stocked. It was very comfortable for a weekend of book reading, games, and wonderful conversations. Hector was a joy to work with responding quickly to my messages and answering any and all questions. We all had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend this property.

Great rental to enjoy this part of the Connecticut shore. Lots of access to beaches, activities and restaurants in Niantic and greater area. House is very well kept and well appointed. Excellent location to town and more even more retail to the north. Host is excellent communicator and takes pride in their rental. Excellent for short or long stay. Very quiet and convenient.

Very sparse with no soft lighting. Accommodations overall were suffice but the floors are wavy and caused some tripping. sofa was small and less than comfortable. Would have appreciated extra blankets at night. The bed blankets were light. The electric heater in living room was fabulous. However, the road noise was 24/7. Overall, we appreciated being close to coast guard academy.

What a wonderful experience! The cottage was very clean and orderly, with lots of character. I was a bit concerned about the temperature in the house, with no central air, but three window units (one in each bedroom and one downstairs) kept the home comfortable. The owner was extremely responsive to all communication, often responding within a couple hours. I would not hesitate to book this home again for another stay in the area.

Our host was wonderful! Super quick to answer questions! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and located close to town for all the necessities. Very close to a Costco as well! The beaches were beautiful and so were the fall colors!
Fun little visitors in the front yard!
Be sure to go visit the belugas at Mystic Aquarium!
And check out the cider mill!

So homey (extended stay) & beautiful location!

This was the perfect place for our extended stay of 10 days! We had everything we needed on the property, and more, and anything else like groceries/restaurants/ocean views was so close by! Hector is a wonderful host, would absolutely recommend!

Perfect for our family stay near the beach.

House was well equipped to host a multi-generational family. Plenty of linens and a well stocked kitchen. The house was incredibly clean and immaculate. Good location and would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this Niantic, CT home over the long holiday weekend. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable (family of 5), and well-equipped. Communication with the owner was excellent and very prompt. Good location: just a short walk to town, making it easy to enjoy local shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. Highly recommend!

Beautiful beach house

This beach house was beyond our expectation. It was so nicely decorated so comfortable most enjoyable beach house. They provided so many things that just make our stay relaxing. The area is just beautiful. Ocean is just a couple blocks away so many Quaint, Shoppes, and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Get-away

The hosts really thought of alot of details and went the extra mile. The cottage was very clean, great location pretty central to highways and beaches as well as several things to do within walking distance. We cannot wait to stay here again! Thanks H and E.

Very nice place as promised. The main bedroomCould use a chest of drawers and the back door could use a curtain, etc for privacy but we really enjoyed the property and would consider it as lodging in the future.
