Awesome property, location, and host!

Cozy, well appointed duplex in a prime residential area but close to public transportation, restaurants, and a variety of music venues (Kingston Mines jam is back to all ages on Sundays from 5-9 as of May ‘24!) — would stay again in a heartbeat when we return to Chicago!

Even Better Than Pictures!

Our son, his wife, my husband and I were in Chicago for a graduation. We absolutely loved everything about this VRBO - the pictures online did not do it justice. Would absolutely stay again.

This rental is fantastic! Feels like home and has several little gathering places inside and out. It is in a charming neighborhood within a short walk to shopping, markets, dining, and the train. It’s even better than described. Host is excellent at communication. It was warm outside during my stay but the A/C kept the inside completely cool. Highly recommend!

Smooth check in, apartment as described in listing. Great location next to DePaul. Garage access and parking was wonderful. Owner/manager was quick to respond to issues. Thank you!

Lincoln park, Illinois

Wonderful place, great location and fantastic communication with property manager. The accommodations were super clean, spacious, and had everything we needed on hand. Beautiful porch in front as well as gorgeous backyard with sitting/dining areas with grill. Can't say enough of great things regarding this location and property. Will definitely be returning.

Great Location in Chicago

The stay at this property was effortless. From the check-in process to communicating throughout our stay (even when they had already given us the information we needed) the response time was great. The kitchen and scenic breakfast room was ready for our morning coffee, creating a meal, and enjoying meals (or work). There was plenty of room for the three of us to spread out in the home if necessary. We even did some work on our laptops. Having the garage to park a vehicle was also great though we didn't need a car for most of our stay. It was so walkable!! The outdoor space for morning coffee and drinks in the evening was fabulous. I couldn't recommend this place more. Enjoy your stay!
