Our short trip to Hyannis was a great experience. Enjoyed the location and accommodations. We visited great restaurants in Hyannis and Martha's Vineyard. Making plans to visit again in the near future.

Fantastic house, great yard, amazing location

Rented the house for the Fourth of July and the pictures don’t even do it justice. The house is newly renovated, so clean, spacious and with a huge yard. Absolutely fantastic and beyond wonderful hosts!

Beautiful New Home in Hyannis

We had a wonderful stay at this clean, bright and beautiful home in Hyannis. The yard is very large and fully fenced and we had a great time using the fire pit and playing games back there. There are beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach pass available for use. We really enjoyed the Barnstable beaches, especially Dowses Beach which had great views and fishing for my husband. The host was super accommodating and responded very promptly when we messaged. The walk to town is about 1 mile and there were good restaurants downtown. We highly recommend!

Beautiful, modern house!

Our family of 4 stayed here for this past memorial day long weekend and had a great time! The house is brand new, spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen has high-end appliances and is well stocked. We enjoyed movie night in the family room, game night in the living room and the large fenced-in back yard with a beautiful patio. The house is conveniently located with everything near by (Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Starbucks, restaurants, ice cream shop, CVS, Target, beaches, etc!) Ying and Frank were very easy to communicate with and very responsive. We cannot wait to come back to this place! Steve

Gorgeous clean House

This is an unusual find! This is a brand new home. The house is meticulously decorated and kept clean. It offers every convenience. Also, anything you may need is 5 minutes away. The owner is extremely responsive and will try his best to do anything to make your stay the best. There is an enormous full bathroom in the master bedroom upstairs. There is a 2nd full bath on the first floor. So just be aware that whoever sleeps in bedroom 2 and 3 need to share the master bath with you or they need to go downstairs at night. We were 2 couples and we figured how to make it work for us. Would definitely go back!!!!!!
