Situated in South Buffalo, it is in walking distance to restaurants, convenient stores, and Cazenovia Park. Highmark Stadium is a 10 minute drive, Keybank Centre (arena) in downtown Buffalo is a 12 minute drive, and Niagara Falls State Park is a 30 minute drive away.
This area of the city is family friendly and has a suburban feel to it. Street parking is free and night time is quiet. If interested in visiting the local botanical gardens or OLV Basilica , you're a 5 minute drive away! A nice neighborhood walk for the outdoor adventurer!

Short but very sweet

Basically spent time in Buffalo with family but always came back to the apt and felt safe and secure. Very quiet neighborhood and neighbors.

PLEASE!!! top Notch??? I had an incredible stay at 156 Hollywood Ave in Buffalo, New York. Brian was an amazing host who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. The apartment was spacious, immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and exuded a warm and inviting atmosphere. Even when I accidentally locked myself out, Brian swiftly (3 minutes) resolved the issue without any hassle. Great Spot to Stay

My kids and I had a great stay here. Location was good, and we had more than enough space for the 3 of us. Home had basics stocked, like TP and paper towels, soap, and sponges. Would stay again.
