AMAZING VIEWS! Beautiful, Spacious, Waterfront Penthouse with a Spectacular view located in Burnt Store Marina. This top floor, end corner unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It boasts a beautiful gourmet kitchen with a large granite breakfast bar, wine storage plus tons of storage space any gourmet chef would love. Kitchen appliances are all new stainless. The property is very tastefully furnished with all new linens. There are five flat screen tv's and ceiling fans in every room except the dining room and bathrooms. The master suite has double closets with a walk-in shower. Enjoy great views from the lanai that is temperature controlled so it can be enjoyed year-round. Enjoy the South Basin water views of passing boats. Restaurants, boating, shopping and all your amenities are a short walk away. Cass Cay Restaurant is right next door as well as the Trading Post deli counter and convenience store.
