Weekend Wedding

Brought my wife and 4 kids, ages 20, 19, 18, and 12 to stay an extended weekend in Ave Maria for my nephews wedding. The place was perfect for us, and the older ones loved the golf cart, to toot into town to get lattes, ice cream, or whatever on dads card. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Home, Relaxing Stay

What a spacious and beautiful home to make our family's stay so relaxing! The location was very convenient and we had a great time using the golf cart for quick runs into town. An added surprise was being able to use the pool. David was a gracious host who responded to our needs so promptly. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect stay!

This house has every accommodation you can think of! We truly enjoyed our stay! The house is so nice and spacious! The golf cart was such an added bonus. We used it to get around town and it made visiting the college campus so easy and convenient. The owner was so great to work with. I recommend this property to anyone looking to stay at Ave Maria!

Great for family trip

Loved the three bedrooms and tow full baths. It was very clean. Loved the gulf cart and pool access. Do wish your board games had all the pieces. It would be better to not have any games at all.

Wonderful home and quiet neighborhood

This was the perfect home for our group of all ages. Plenty of space, a large backyard and a fully stocked kitchen. I loved it, my daughter and husband loved it, my grandchildren loved it. It's also close to the oratory, shops and stores. We would definitely rent this home again!

David is a fantastic host. Great communication, great house, with great amenities in a great location. We absolutely loved the house, golf cart, and on-site laundry machines. If we return to south Florida, and I’m fairly certain we will, we’re booking with David again!

Heaven House 2024

The place was clean and set up quite nicely. We were able to enjoy riding to town for Coffee in the Golf cart. Brother in law and Sister in law were staying on Genoa, a short walk away so it was nice to be so close. We didn’t go to the community pool, but it was nice to know that was an option. Would stay here again for sure.
