Welcome to big town convenience and small town connection. To bustle and energy when you want it, and the solitudeand fresh air of wetland nature just steps beyond. Welcome to parks, trails and recreational facilities to keep blood pumping. Shops, dining, services—everything you need—a stroll or short drive away. It’s the best of big town amenities and small town community in one very special place.

Coach home in the National at Ave Maria. Gated community with unlimited golf (you only pay a $30 cart fee), tennis, pickle ball, bocce, and fitness center. Lake view, 3 Bedroom, 2 bath, 2car garage and laundry room. Furnished from Pottery Barn in a coastal theme. Why not invite the grandkids for part of your stay since we have a bunk room that can sleep 4 and is great for a kids movie night while you enjoy the tranquility of the screened in lanai.

Be aware that HOA approval can take up to 2 weeks.
