Our gated community with 24hr security is located 35 min from the amazing Gulf beaches and 45 min from the famous 5th Avenue South and downtown Naples amenities and attractions. If you are a golf enthusiast you will definitely enjoy our new private course, which is always kept in a pristine condition. The resort offers a brand new fitness facility with a large gym, yoga studio, spa / massage, sauna and more...
There are plenty of tennis, pickle ball and bocce courts for your daily dose of fun and exercise. Relax by the resort style pool and dine at the brand new pool-side bar or an exclusive club house restaurant. For the young members of the family you can also enjoy the wonderful Ave Maria water park in town. There are plenty of walking and biking nature preserve trails just minutes from the community. The town offers lots of daily conveniences like Publix supermarket, gas station, pubs, restaurants and shopping.

Our 2 bedroom condo is located on the 2nd floor of a 4 story new building with an easy access to the elevator. It offers over 1150 sq/ft of luxurious living space with a beautiful west facing lanai for your unforgettable sunsets. Enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon drink looking at the serene landscape of the 9th green and the golf practice area over the lake.
The beach chairs, umbrellas and towels are also provided for your enjoyable stay :)

The National at Ave Maria

My wife and I just completed a month long stay in beautiful Ave Maria. Our accommodations and hosts were amazing! Communications with Tom could not have been any better. Every detail was thought of and provided. The condo was perfect us and provided a second bedroom for up to 4 people. Everything is brand new and in great condition. We spent every morning and evening on the lanai overlooking the 9th hole and huge lake at The National golf course. The sunsets were spectacular! If you decide to play golf it will take you about 1 minute to walk to the pro shop. The workout facility, tennis courts, pickleball courts and bocce courts are also within a two minute walk. The huge pool and tiki hut should be open very soon (by mid March 2024) and will add another spectacular amenity. Once the clubhouse is complete you will have the whole package including 2 restaurants within view from this condo. The town center encircles the large Catholic church that you have to see. There is plenty of shopping and eating establishments. While it is considered a quiet town they have several events in the town center. We were fortunate enough to stay during two large festivals with food tents, arts and crafts booths and several bands playing. Bring a lawn chair and enjoy the day! Stop in the Oil Well Craft Beer brewery. Something is happening most nights there with food trucks most nights and bingo a few nights every month. You will love you’re time here!
