Pool was super murky, broken furniture in suite and lack of supplies was disappointing

Hello Kathryn, Please note that had you reached out we would have ensured extra supplies were dropped off asap and any broken items were rectified. Also, we would have reached out to the building manager regarding the pool. We checked the suite and there was nothing broken IN the suite and we have addressed items on the balcony.

Great place

Clean spacious unit overlooking the pool and hot tub. Close to all waterfront restaurants. One elevator wasn't working so the trek up with our stuff was long as there is no Bell cart. Bring a wagon to bring stuff up. Would stay again!
