Exclusive oceanfront 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Villa located on the highly sought after North Island in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Open floor plan for enjoying company with breathtaking views and sounds of the ocean. Master Bedroom is oversized with King Size bed and includes his and her closets. From your bedside enjoy waking up to ocean views and sunrises overlooking the ocean and a private entry that opens to a lanai. Master Bathroom is ensuite with his and her vanities, Jacuzzi tub and free standing shower. Guest bedroom #1 includes two twin size beds and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo. Enjoy guest bedroom #2 with a queen size bed. The 3rd bathroom is located directly outside this bedroom. A convenient laundry room/mudroom is located in the unit with full size washer, dryer, and beach chairs. A community pool and recreational room available for your enjoyment.
