Our family had the BEST vacation stay at the Grand.

Our family had the BEST vacation stay at the Grand. Beautiful accommodations, both inside and out- amazing beach view and access and the beach service is amazing. The pool is extremely clean, spacious in size and provides a relaxing environment. Can’t wait to come back next year! Everyone at KW was so attentive and eager to answer any questions we had about our property. The check in and check out process was a breeze!

I know it wasn’t under your control but there should be earlier check in especially if the unit wasn’t rented the week before and if it’s clean. Also the staff at the Grand wasn’t the friendliest to receive the bands. While I was bringing in my stuff I over heard a family trying to get the wrist bands at 2:45 and heard the staff say not until 3. That shouldn’t be. The staff at the pool was always so helpful and friendly. The staff was great and very attentive.
