About this property

Located in Kyle, Texas, with easy access to I-35. Close to local parks, and numerous wedding venues. About 15 miles from Austin, 5 miles from San Marcos, and down the street from downtown Kyle, which has many amenities.

No third party reservations, please!

You will be accommodated with a full kitchen (Ninja coffee maker, Nespresso, tea, , microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, cookware and silverware), enough bed room for 6 people, washer and dryer to do your laundry, and a beautiful backyard with a patio for shade.
You will have wifi and a SMART TV with Roku so you can set up your Netflix, Hulu, etc. There is no cable equipped with the TV, but there are apps you can access.

Kyle is a city that still has a small town feel. It's perfect for a couple to get away, and even with staying here for a weekend, may have an unforgettable experience. A larger family may find this house a home sweet home after a long day at the river, outlets, or the waterpark. This house is equipped with a doggy door for a small dog (we fit a chihuahua for reference). If you'd feel more comfortable, we also have a small crate upon request. Please inform me of how many pets and their size.

PLEASE RESPECT OUR BIGGEST HOUSE RULES:
1. Do not wear your shoes in this house, there is an area to remove your shoes by the front door. If you feel more comfortable with shoes in the house, please feel free to bring clean house shoes.
2. Please clean up after your pet and do not allow them on the furniture.
3. No house parties.
4. No smoking inside.
5. Please clean up after yourself.

We want you to enjoy your stay, but ask that you please treat the house with respect by following our rules.

The house is 3 bedrooms total, but 1 will not be accessible as I do occasionally live here when there are no guests. The garage will also not be accessible as is being kept as storage.

The house is equipped with a doorbell camera and outdoor house camera for security purposes.

We offer a 5% first responder discount- proof is necessary and must actually be staying here, not booking for others.

Great place

Bera’s house was clean and as advertised. We enjoyed sitting in the back porch swings and letting our dog roam the fenced-in back yard. Bera is a thoughtful host, leaving us snacks and eclipse glasses.

The house has alot of natural lighting, great location. It has a dollar store just around the corner incase you forgot to pack anything.

The house is located in a cul-de-sac, and very close to Austin and San Marcos. This neighborhood is very safe and I have some of the best, supportive neighbors. Kyle offers a small town feel, but is a fast growing city.

I'm an experienced host for over 4 years (on AirBnB). I've never cancelled on a guest and have an average 4.93 rating with over 100 reviews. I don't have outrageous check-out/ cleaning instructions, just ask that you respect the house and treat it like your own.
