Welcome to Wellville. This home boasts raised ceilings, an open-floor plan, with a new modern kitchen and bathrooms. The large windows keep the home light and bright. The Primary Bedroom features a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. There are two other bedrooms each with a queen bed and a hall bathroom. The laundry room is oversized with storage and a utility sink.

If you enjoy entertaining and being outdoors year-round - look no farther - with an outdoor room complete with TV, ceiling fan, skylights, barn doors and a fireplace you can entertain friends or relax with a high desert breeze during any season. A large, landscaped, grassy, completely fenced yard- makes the perfect spot for kids to play, dogs to roam, and adults to relax. This retreat on the North end of Bend borders BLM land with trails galore and has a beautiful new park just a block away. With proximity to dining, grocery, the parkway, and 10 Barrel Brewery – this is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy Bend!

Nice house

House is really clean and a great set up for family. The extra room outside was really cool and great place to hang out.

Bad management

The house and location are amazing, but the customer service sucks! The house is up to 8 people, and I had 6 only. When I asked extra blankets they said NO because "the occupancy went over what is allowed". I proved I had only 6 but they didn't care. I had to go to Walmart to buy it. Also the dishwasher doesn't work (they repaired and stopped working again). Also the dryer was being turned off remotely, so I had to took off wifi to finish my laundry. Other than that, great house

Unclean Home

The home had not been cleaned since the previous stay. All of the beds were unmade and dirty, no clean towels, dishwasher full of dishes, hair in all the bathrooms. We had to wash our own sheets to be able to sleep.
