Unit was very spacious, large master and living area, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms were small. Kitchen was very well equipped and large. Beautiful views from the balcony. Putt Putt and Dollar General across the street. Would definitely recommend this unit and would love to stay there again.

The place was great! Clean and spacious. Kitchen had adequate supplies so we could enjoy dinners there. The wifi was spotty but overall the stay was fantastic.

Daytona Trip

We had a great time. The room was clean and we loved having the extra bed in the bedrooms so we each had our own bed. Plenty of room for 6 people.

Labor Day Getaway

We had a great time on a last minute getaway to Daytona. Many other areas were overcrowded, but the beach in front of this bldg was not. We had a great time even though the pool was still under repair. We would definitely stay here again.

Winter retreat

We enjoyed our time here. Some construction noise due to hurricane repairs, but we were aware of that when we booked. Great views of the sunrise, saw many rocket launches from the balcony. The condo was clean and comfortable.

Perfect Condo

The view from the windows is breathtaking from the moment we walked in! We had so much room for our group of 5. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. Everything was very clean: condo, pool deck and garage. Highly recommend this condo and would love to return for our next trip to Daytona!

Wonderful condo right on the Beach

The condo was just as it appeared on-line. The management company was very communicative and always available. The condo was well stocked with extras, like beach towels. Price was less than two hotel rooms and easily sleeps six.

Birthday getaway

Family of 7 stayed in this beautifully decorated unit. Plenty of room for us all. Kitchen was equipped with everything need. Plenty of towels, bedding and extra item for the beach. Packnplay for the 1 tear old as well as a ton of toys. Convenient location to all attractions.

Daytona

My family and friends love the property!! It was easy to find and hard to leave. It is immaculate inside with all of the creature comforts of home. We were close to the grocery store so we were able to walk and get anything we needed. There were also plenty of towels, which rarely happens!

Beautiful ocean view

Although we were only able to stay a few days because of hurricane Milton evacuation, the property manager was very attentive and kind. The property was clean, spacious, with amazing ocean views. I wish that we were able to stay during the week that we could actually enjoy the property and the ocean without the fear of hurricanes. We will come back, but probably not in the fall during hurricane season.

Great place

Great place and location! Only downside was the parking. We could never find an available parking space for our second vehicle. Also, I wish the after hours lock box for the garage key was on property of the condo. We went to a rock festival and had to drive around late at night to get the garage key and parking passes. Other than that, we would definitely stay here again!

There's no way for hosts to leave lockboxes on site at complexes so all of have them at our offices. However, our office is just down the road and right on A1A and would have been on your way back from the Race Track so the impact is very minimal.

Perfection for getaway

We stayed for our Son's AF Commissioning and Graduation at ERAU. Wonderful location. Kitchen had more than enough dishes, cups, kitchen tools etc. even for small children. Beds were very comfy. I packed extra towels wash clothes and beach towels. Mine were not needed. Could go several days with a full group until need to do laundry. View the was great.
