Was great. The place was adorable and comfortable. The only thing is the neighbor across the street blared his music from his car around midnight. Not the owner’s fault at all and I’d stay there again in a heartbeat!

Property was as described, and comfortable for our needs. There was an issue with the hot tub that we didn't discover until late on our second night due to rainy weather, but the property management company was very responsive and had it repaired the next day so we were able to enjoy this amenity before the end of our stay. Thank you! There's a wonderful Indian restaurant just around the corner and shopping nearby.

Kokopelli Properties........Meh

If you are picking this place so you can enjoy the hot tub, don't rent here. Showed up to lukewarm temps. Spent close to an hour on hold with Kokopelli Properties to fix the problem. After that time, decided to go to the office downtown. Explained the issue. His response was,"You wanna hot tub when it's hot?"............After that, there were multiple texts saying someone would come over and fix the problem. No one did. Property is fine. Kitchen well equipped. Just hope nothing goes wrong because the managing company is a dud.

The only problem

The house was cute and clean. But i was charged a larger cleaning fee then anywhere else i have stayed. I had to clean the hot tub myself the filters were full of scumb that left a layer on the water. I cleaned them twice and put chemicals in to be able to use it. Also the listing had tvs plural. In the living room there is a very very small tv thats all. I looked back at the listing i believe the angles of the photos taken purposely left the tv out. It is very close to attractions which was great!
