Host was super responsive and house was exactly as described. Great location and lots of room to spread out! Beds were comfy and the table is perfect for games and hanging out! I definitely recommend this house. We have stayed at lots of VRBOs and this one was our favorite! Host was so nice to accommodate us on a couple things too. We hope to come back!

Our fav Nashville

Gorgeous home, comfortable beds, great for kids and adults with all of the amenities! Neighborhood was worrisome at first but was completely quiet and peaceful.

You won’t be disappointed

House was exactly like the pictures. Beautiful place with tons of space and amenities, was a big hit with the entire group. Surrounding neighborhood is a little questionable (also according to locals), but we had zero issues. Close proximity to everywhere we wanted to go. Lynn is also super responsive and helpful. Would stay again.

This home was a perfect place for us to congregate as a family. Our 4 adult children with their families were easily accommodated. Children ranged in age from 3 months to 13. The hot tub was a big hit …very clean and ready to use. The fenced in back yard allowed privacy from the neighbors. The bedrooms and house layout gave families requiring quiet for sleeping infants was ideal. Owners were very responsive and accessible. Definitely would return and recommend.

Group of men in town for a college reunion. Property was well furnished and stocked. Easy check in process. We saw earlier comments about the neighborhood, but we had 0 issues and 0 concerns. Great property, would 10/10 stay again.

Great property

Stayed 5 nights for a golf trip with 8 adults. House was just as advertised, very clean upon arrival. Kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking necessities. Neighborhood was a bit dodgy but never had any issues. Very close to downtown (max 10 min Uber). We would sty there again for sure.

Large home and great host!

We stayed 3 nights with a large group and very much enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortable and most importantly, it was clean. Lynn was a great host and provided excellent communication. We had a total of 12 guys and each one of us had our own bed. As some others have mentioned the neighborhood is a little dodgy but never had any issues.

Amazing house

Our company stayed here as we were in town for training. From beginning to end the process was easy and exceeded our expectations. As mentioned in other reviews the surrounding neighborhood isn’t the greatest, but no one bothered us and everyone kept to themselves. At no point did we not feel safe. I would highly recommend this property and if I travel back to Nashville I will look to stay here again.

Beautiful (Pricey) Rental

Rental was a beautiful in person as pictures on display. However, location is not in the best area of town so be ware. Would not have spent the amount of money charged to stay in that area. But overall, we had no issues and were comfortable in the rental.

Beautiful House

The house itself is amazing. Tons of space. Even in the room with the bunks, the beds are incredibly large and comfortable. The neighborhood isn’t the prettiest but you definitely didn’t want for anything because the house had everything. No more than a 10-15 minute Uber ride to Broadway. Host team was excellent with communication. Very accommodating.
