If you are looking for a place to party or stay up all night, this is NOT for you. Neighbors need peace and silence after 10pm.

This house is perfect for small group, 4 people maximum. 3 Bedroom/1 bathroom will make you rest and be ready for your adventure in Memphis.
You will be close to midtown Cooper Young Historic District, restaurants, shopping, museums, parks, Mississippi river landing, airport, and more.

Kitchen is equipped with all basic utensils and cookware.

There is a small desk and a chair with a lamp and wifi to use as workspace.

You can enjoy the den if you prefer to relax reading or having a cup of coffee.

If you like outdoors you can enjoy seeing birds taking a bath and chirping, and see the beautiful native trees all over the backyard.

There is a washing and dryer machine located in the 2nd bedroom closet.

We offer private gated parking for 2 cars. And other 2 cars can park in the driveway.

There is a convenience store a walking distance.

Cozy Home in Memphis

Stadium View was perfect! We visited my brother who lives in Midtown and the distance and location was perfect. The home is well equipped with everything you need for a stay. Fully stocked kitchen with all appliances (including a Keuring and pods). Teresa was prompt to respond and a great accommodating host. My mother loved it as well. We would definitely stay again if back in Memphis.
