About the host
Hosted by Eric Schairer
Family owned property for generations. My family first came to Sedona in 1977 and bought a 3/4 acre plot with a double wide mobile home on it. Over the next 20+ years we removed the mobile and build 3 houses for my parents grandparent and uncle. Only myself and sister are left and I renovated my uncles house into the Vrbo rental.
Why they chose this property
My father was an artist and always loved the Sedona area. Many of his paintings decorate the cottage. We love our private area, near town but quite and on the creek. We have very few neighbors and get a lot of wildlife.
What makes this property unique
We are centrally located in town but also in a very quiet and private neighbor hood right on Oak Creek, we have a nice private swimming area.
