This PANORAMIC oceanfront view is what people dream of. Your stay includes daily “done for you” setup of two beach lounge chairs with an umbrella from 8am-5pm (March-October) . Unbeatable views with a wall of windows and large balcony featuring spectacular views of the sunset, white sand and shimmering seas from the entire condo. Unlike most, this rare unit has a beachfront bedroom with balcony access, a king bed and stunning beach & sunset views. Unit is located on the 7th floor and seems to be the perfect blend of “high enough but not too high”.

- Prime location close to restaurants, bars, shopping, and TONS of family attractions. (next-door to famous Pineapple Willy’s with private gate access). Super close to the new Tootsie’s location with live music daily.
- Direct beach access, three beautiful swimming pools and a huge sun deck.

Very nice view of the beach. Unit was very clean. We only went to the pool in between the buildings, but it was very nice. The walk to the beach is pretty much right outside the condominium.

I booked this condo on a yearly family trip to PCB with my 2 children on their spring break. This place was perfect! I've stayed at the Sunbird resort before and the location is the best - you can easily walk to many restaurants and shops, plus the stunning beach is right there out your window and just steps away. The condo itself is nicely set up and decorated, and everything was very clean. Both the main bed and pull out bed were comfortable as well. And lastly, the host was very welcoming and communicative. 10/10, would both recommend and stay again!

We had a fantastic week-long vacation at this Panama City Beach condo and couldn't have been happier with our stay. The condo is right on the beach, and the breathtaking views of the Gulf were absolutely stunning. Waking up each day to the sound of the waves and endless ocean views made the trip truly relaxing and memorable.The host was excellent-very friendly and quick to respond to any questions, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a perfect beachfront getaway.

Loved having a view of the ocean from any place in the condo…We enjoyed the sound of the waves and gazing at the beautiful Gulf of America , whether on the deck or on the beach. Comfortable furniture and bed. Great location and close to places we wanted to visit. Would recommend this place.
