Brand new listing in Village of St Johns. Centrally located near Town Squares of Brownwood and Sawgrass, with bountiful free activities, entertainment and great restaurants nearby. A short distance to many Executive and Championship golf courses. If Pickle ball, tennis, swimming or dancing is your thing, its just a short golf cart ride away. Master has king bed, 2 walk-in closets, sep sinks and 65" HD TV. 2nd Br w queen bed and large TV. 3rd room has queen Murphy bed. All premium mattresses. Spacious lanai w TV. Our house is immaculate with very pretty landscaping. Located at the end of the Loop. There is nobody behind so the lanai is very private.
We are here to insure you have a wonderful stay, including help with orientation or cart rental.
