Horrible

Terrible location, the place smelled like mold and mildew. We actually couldn’t stay there due to the odor issue and my wife having an intolerance to mold. No proof that there is mold, but it sure smelled like it. I would never stay at or recommend this place. I asked for a refund, even partial) and was only refunded the cleaning fee.

I don’t believe this house should be listed to accommodate 13 people because it only has one bathroom. We had 8 people in our party, 4 adults, 4 children (6 & under) and this became a problem a few times. We had to clean the bathroom shower/tub before using it. There were areas that looked to be under repair as well. I am not certain that this property should even be rented at this time until the repairs are completed. The stairs leading to the property’s porch are in need of repair or replacement as well, also the railing on the stairs. The porch also had no railing at all. We had 4 young children so were concerned each time we had to go on the porch. Recommend adding a railing on the porch. There were 2 chairs on the front porch and one was broken and unusable. The property manager was very responsive when we needed information. We were contacted throughout our stay to see if there were any issues and if there was anything that could be done to make our stay more comfortable. Overall not a bad stay and was close to relatives we were visiting, we mainly slept there. I however would not stay at this property again.
