The space
The apartment has original features such as the fireplace, cornicing and window shutters. It has recently been redecorated throughout. There is some interesting art on the walls, a good selection of books and some board games.

There are new high quality mattresses in both the bedrooms and fresh high cotton count linen will be provided for your stay. Both bedrooms have wardrobes and there is a sizeable fitted wardrobe in the white bedroom. If you wish to cook there is an excellent Aga Rangemaster dual fuel cooker in the kitchen with a good selection of cooking dishes. The kitchen is kitted out with nice touches such as a Dualit toaster and whistling kettle.

The dining table can extend with one more leaf if you are wishing more space. There is a Smart TV in the living room. There is a very pretty communal garden to the rear.

The apartment has been furnished and arranged to make you feel totally comfortable and at home.

Please note the apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator.
Other things to note
There is constant hot water at the apartment and if you require it the heating can be turned on very easily via the thermostat.

The fireplace in the sitting room has been disconnected.

Please note this is a third floor apartment so this means three flights of stairs.
