Guest access
To access the flat from the street level, there are 12 steps down as the typical lower ground levels in New Town, Edinburgh. At the same time, the garden widely opens from the kitchen and dining room.
Inside the flat, between the lower ground floor and the upper ground floor, there are again steps to connect the Master's room, the living room and the office to the main entrance floor where are located the two bedrooms, the kitchen and the garden doors.
Other things to note
This charming apartment is located in the UNESCO heritage-protected area of New Town. You will - literally - step into history!
Due to the hilly structure of the city, the main entrance is situated at a lower level than the street, while the kitchen door opens up to a spacious, two-level backyard.
The garden is private, so you can always access it at any time. If you wish to smoke, please advise beforehand, and we will provide safety instructions.
We kindly ask that you refrain from making any noise in the evening or at night in order to avoid disturbing the neighbourhood and to be respectful toward our neighbours.
