This is a fully equipped condominium. Includes FREE high speed internet connections. Travertine floor, tub surround, and granite tops., 2 LCD TVs These amenities will make your stay comfortable for business and pleasure.

Seascape is a gated and twenty four hour security guard staffed private complex. Once inside there is no need to maneuver across busy roads to access the beach. You can easily walk to the beach for fun or stop to enjoy the heated pool, two jacuzzis, kiddy pool, or outdoor grill pavillon area at the property.

Close proximity to fine dining, antiquing, shopping, fishing pier, historic architecture tours, museums, golf, as well as arts and entertainment venues (for example Pleasure Pier, Moody Garden, and Schlitterbahn water park).

It was a perfect condo for 3 kids and 2 adults. Although it's not a negative reflection on the condo, the elevator was down twice in 4 days. This was an issue- hauling luggage up and down stairs.

Wonderful Rental Experience

Great condo size for our family. Very easy getting to the beach (which is private with no vehicles). Heated pools save the day when the water is too cold. Covered parking with security onsite. Lots of families to mingle with. We always enjoy staying at the Seascape!

End of summer get away

We were able to book this place a week prior to our stay. Communication with owner was great. She was always quick to respond. The place is on the small side but was perfect for myself and my teenage son. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, kitchen/bath amenities perfect, private access to the beach unbeatable.

We had the best vacation. The condo was very nice. The kitchen and bath were very nice and all the amenities worked perfectly. The private access to the beach is unbeatable. The view of the water from the patio is only slightly obstructed by the office building, so you still get to wake up to a view of the water. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely rent this condo again.

Love the Gulf views

Relaxing weekend for our yearly Girls Trip before school starts. The condo was clean and tidy. We enjoyed comfortable beds, great view from balcony, convenient location, stairs and elevator, nice pool and hot tubs, and keyless entry was very helpful. GREAT CONDO AND LOCATION!

My husband and I have been to Galveston many times, but we have never stayed in a condo or VRBO. I can say we will probably never stay in a hotel there again!! This condo had everything we needed and the location was perfect. The bed was very comfy and the condo was nice and clean. All the amenities you need. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the waves roll to shore. We will definitely be staying here again! Owner is very nice and returns emails/phone calls promptly. Thanks for making my birthday/romantic weekend getaway one of the best ever!

Great location - cute, cozy & clean!

My family of 3 had a great experience on our short stay at this awesome condo! The complex is nice, on the beach and very well kept up. The balcony was great and I enjoyed my coffee there in the mornings. :) The unit was clean and we had everything we needed. The bed was super comfy. The units on both sides were occupied, however I rarely heard anything outside the condo. I truly enjoyed staying further west on the island. Close enough to what you needed, but not as crazy as the Seawall. Maria was super easy to work with and I honestly can't say enough good things. Thanks so much for everything!

Kids asked to buy the place!

Such a great rental! Renting directly from the owner was so easy. She is so wonderful to do business with! Now, for your money...prime-beachfront condo with pool, private beach just steps away over the gated access and minutes away from most entertainment or eating destinations once your out of the water. The condo is a gorgeous, 1bedroom but all the space is utilized to make it work. 6 people sleep easilY. 2on the king, 2 on the twin bunks and 2 on the Queen sleeper sofa. Great views from the living and dining area and the balcony. We love this place. The kids have asked if she would sell it to our family!! Haha. Great deal for the money!

Great condo!

First things first… this is a great place to stay in Galveston, and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Maria was great to deal with in reserving the condo and providing any info we asked for. The condo is clean and well-furnished, if a little bit on the small side, and sits in a great spot on the island. You absolutely cannot beat the direct beach access, or not having to cross busy Seawall Blvd. That was one of my primary requirements in choosing a condo to rent, and it was the best part of the whole experience. The location, which is on the far south side of the island away from the crowds, also offers a bit more seclusion on the beach than some other spots. The large hotel to the north juts out into the water and effectively blocks off the beach to the left, limiting the traffic. We were down there half a dozen times, and there were never more than 8-10 people within a couple hundred yards of us. Granted, this was in October, not high season. But we were very happy with the amount of beach we were able to use. The pool was very nice, also not crowded. There were two hot tubs, including a shallow one just for kids. Great idea. The building, location and facilities were pretty much everything you could ask for. The one small complaint I have is that the photos from the patio don’t depict your actual view very well. The view to the beach is partially obstructed by the condominium offices, which are brightly lit at night. You can still see the beach and you can see the waves come in. But you have to look around some stuff and through some stuff. It definitely would not keep me from renting here again, but I think the photos should show the actual view instead of zooming past the obstructions. Again, that’s not a deal killer. This was a very nice condo and an excellent location. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely come back. Thanks, Maria!

Location on the beach was great! Our main hiccup was the amenities in our room. We stayed 4 nights, no fresh towels. I was told after i was already there, I could wash them & no services during the stay. I brought beach towels thanks goodness. I was never told to bring my on towels. We showered every night. The water is hard. The owner only provides one little bar of soap. No shampoo, no conditioner and no body wash. Ive stayed at different VRBO's most host provide these things like a hotel. I had some with me. I bring some just in case we run out the hotels and my husband use that and i use my good stuff. The one bedroom needs to angel the bed to create space for chester drawers. There was no space to put luagge or take clothes out & put somewhere besides a chair for the kids & an overside amorie in the bedroom. Armoire drawers were unusable bc it touch the bed. It made it hard to get to the around the bed. I wish they had more mirrors. There was only one in the bathroom. All that being said, location on the beach & easy to get in our room were great.

The unit is nice and has everything you need. Beds are comfortable. Patio has a full view of the Ocean. This property is amazing! Private boardwalk to the beach. The pool area is big enough to accommodate lots of people.

Girls trip

Over all it was fine. Clean, nice location. Discovered on the last day the door would not lock when we left. Had we discovered it on day 1 I would have called the owner. We were alittle worried about leaving our belongings totally unsecured while we were out but nothing bad happened. I guess we had left everything unlocked for 4 days. We only wish the weather had cooperated then our stay would have been perfect! Maybe that shoukd be looked into before new guests arrive.

Lovely Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is in a great location and is very clean. We stayed during a tropical storm but still had a great time. The jacuzzi and pool were great!

Perfect getaway

This is our favorite condo complex in Galveston, and this unit was wonderful! Very clean and updated, appliances looked new, beds were very comfortable. The private beach and complex amenities are ideal. We'll be back!

First family vacation

We loved the location. It had a private entry to the beach that was clean and not over crowded. The pool at the condo was clean and well maintained, the 11pm close time for thebpool was perfect for the kids. We were able to get to everything we needed and wanted to do within 10mins. This was super affordable, for a family that lives pay cheack to paycheack.

Just What We Needed

Wanted to be south of the Sea Wall area, and this was perfectly located. Easy access to everything the area has to offer. Unit was very clean, everything functional and in a great location within the property. Owner is very helpful with information needed for a pleasant stay.

We have stayed at several condos at Seascape. Our experience has nothing to do with the owner, that being said, we were on the second floor and I’ve never have been so disturbed by the occupants on the floor directly above our unit. I don’t know if there is no insulation but we heard every move those people made. You could hear walking back and forth coming from the ceiling and it was loud. This went on until 11 at night and started early in the morning. it was really was annoying and we left early just to get out if the unit.

We chose to purchase this vacation rental primarily because of its location on the beach. The fact that my family doesn't have to walk across seawall blvd to be able to enjoy the beach is a big deal for my wife.
Also, its proximity to our home, familiarity with Galveston, and its proximity to family in Houston Texas.

What makes this property unique

We love the heated pool, jacuzzis, the beach, kite flying and our daughter loves building sand castle.
