Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund, 15 days prior 50% refund, 15 or less, no refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.**

We were pleasantly surprised at the convenient location, near all of the shops and restaurants as well as the amphitheater and river surfing! The house was well-appointed with all the comforts of home and was very clean. The instructions for check-in and check-out were well organized and easy to understand. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Beautiful property in an incredible location! We literally walked across the parking lot to the restaurant where my cousin’s wedding welcome event was. Accommodations were just as pictured — comfortable and clean with everything you want/need for a weekend away. Check in/out was easy and we were beyond pleased with our stay. Enjoyed this spacious condo in downtown Salida! It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It was within walking distance to great restaurants, park, river, and shopping. We will be interested to book this property when we return to Salida!

The condo was very roomy and decorated well. The blackout blinds were a nice touch, too. We loved the location downtown and the open concept kitchen/living room. The extra pillows and blankets around were useful.I do think there's been some deferred maintenance as the kitchen faucet was broken and there was no hot water in the downstairs shower and the carpets were pretty dirty. We emailed them about the faucet and they offered to come during our stay but we declined.
