Worked great for us,had everything we needed for some local golfing and a couple of days at the hot springs ,very quiet and peaceful ,the wood stove was wonderful on a couple of cooler evenings. Will certainly consider again in the future

We’ll be back!

The home was the perfect home base for my group, allowing us to enjoy peaceful evenings away from it all, while being within 10 minutes of a beach. Everything was extremely clean and well kept, making it easy to settle right in. One thing to note is that the house doesn’t have AC, so don’t forget a few fans. We’ll definitely be back soon.

Mossy hide-away...cozy and private

Great out of the way location. Afforded cozy and private. Really appreciated having a full accompliment in the kitch...with sharp knives. Not sure my car would handle the local in the snowy months, but great area...check out the local cafe near by. Will stay here again.

Proctor Stay

This short stay in Proctor was just what I hoped it would be for older parents and adult son. Weather was great and this cabin was just perfect. We enjoyed the decks but the inside was roomy and very attractively furnished and exceptionally clean. Furniture and appliances were outstanding and everything worked perfectly. We would definitely like to return in the fall when we might be able to use the wood stove in the evening. The small community of Proctor provides all essentials and we enjoyed a small fair at a historic school now used more as a museum. Ferry service was non stop and we enjoyed the quiet pace of the area. I would definitely recommend this cottage if looking for a retreat like atmoshphere. We also found VRBO provided excellent information. Hats off to all from La Ronge, Saskatchewan.
