The apartment has a garage at the street level, then an ample living space with 1/2 bathroom on the first floor, and 2 Bedrooms with private bathrooms each on the 3rd floor. You will enjoy a beautiful view of the ocean and of the inlet from the balcony! Absolutely a GEM!

Guest will have access to the garage, first-floor living space, and third-floor bedrooms and bathrooms.

The condo is conveniently located a block away from Archie's Seabreeze, and the Jetty Park Beach & Pier. During the summer Hutchinson Island is full of locals enjoying some time at the beach; during the winter months it becomes more vibrant and active with tourists, and it offers the perfect get-away location for everyone!

Beautiful clean home right on the beach! Everything about the home was great. We had a little trouble getting into the home on our first day, but the owner responded right away and got everything taken care of. Would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous Fort Pierce Condo

Fantastic property right on the beach and close to many restaurants. Property was clean, well kept and comfortable. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Clean & cozy w/ beach view

My husband & I were in town visiting family as I grew up in the area. To make it feel more like a vacation, we opted to rent this place on the beach instead of staying with family. It was everything we expected and more! Clean, comfortable & cozy and so nice to look out over the ocean from the 2 balconies. The beach access is a bit overgrown & narrow, but still nice to have a short walk to reach the beach. We were quite pleased to find so many "extras" to enjoy the area from beach towels to bikes. Super comfy couch for lounging & listening to the waves. Well equipped kitchen w/ lots of storage space. Comfortable bed (master) and nice bathrooms. Would stay here again & definitely recommend it to others!

Great Location and House but problems

The house is in a great location and is very comfortable. Access to the beach was very easy. Unfortunately the bathroom outlets near sinks in 3 bedrooms wouldn’t work. The ice maker in freezer didn’t work. The refrigerator had not been cleaned. There is a garage for parking car but no remote entry. There was no TV remote in the guest bedroom, and the ceiling fan didn’t work. The big problem was the TV in the living room was not hooked up to any service, and we could not access the internet. So we 4 had to watch the Rose Bowl on my IPAD with a long extension cord. The host would not offer any assistance stating the TV worked at Christmas. Unfortunately VRBO was not able to provide assistance either. This is our first experience with this lack of support by either a host or VRBO, and we are very disappointed.

The inside of the property is very nice and fresh. This is a staired three story property: 1st- garage; 2nd-kitchenliving room1/2 bath; and 3rd has two bedrooms2 bathrooms. The property provides good sized living spaces: large updated kitchen; bedrooms are fresh and clean; bathrooms clean and current; the joint living spaces are very nice; and the balconies had good views of the beach. The property is within walking distance (10-20 minutes) to restaurants and marinas. Good food and plenty of live entertainment. The ocean is clean and colorful. Accessing the beach requires a bit of dexterity, as there is beach erosion and there are no steps down from the land/dunes to the beach (3-5 foot vertical drop off). This is not unique to the area. Sadly, we had to depart prior to the planned end of our stay due to the cold temperatures within the unit. At this time there is no central heating within the property. It was 40-60’s degrees outside during our visit and the temperature within the majority property was 50 degrees. The owner provided space heaters that we used in the bedroom which warmed the bedroom. The owner was accommodating on our request to depart ahead of schedule. Would definitely stay again with warmer external temperatures.

Once you come to this condo, you will want to come back over and over again! The sunrises and sunsets are breathtaking and you will enjoy them right from the comfort of the balcony! The beach, although it is not private, will feel like so due to the proximity of it...you get out of the garage door and you walk a few steps right on the water!

Why they chose this property

The condo is conveniently located a few blocks away from bars, diners, and shopping. You will be able to walk to one of our staple dive bar here in Ft. Pierce and enjoys some fine dining as well.

It is beachfront and it is privately owned. You will have access to the garage, and street parking as well.
