The Regency - Houseboat Downtown

Welcome to "The Regency!" You will be living the "sweet life" on this modern, impeccably built and designed houseboat that offers all the amenities of home, including two living spaces, a gourmet kitchen, two beds, two baths, designer furnishings, and a deck to enjoy the sunsets on the Cape Fear River. Close to everything! Enjoy an onsite restaurant and entertainment pier, where concerts and festivals are held. Stroll the Riverwalk for scenic views, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.

Guests will have access to the entire houseboat. There is a locked owner's closet for our storage, but you'll have access to the rest of the house. Please note - this is a multi story property and stairs are required to access the property.

The houseboat was amazing with unobstructed views of the water. Very clean, well stocked with everything you could need. I would highly recommend this houseboat! It is a walk from the parking deck but manageable and we had two people who have difficulty walking.

I had a wonderful stay on The Regency houseboat. It is a really nice home with luxurious furnishings and appliances. Being on the end of the dock is awesome for the views and a little extra privacy (but be warned it's a healthy walk). I've stayed in a lot of hotels and rentals in recent years, and the upstairs shower here was one of my favorites -- high praise especially for a 'boat'. In my four days in March, I got to experience the range of warm days in the 70s as well as a storm with big winds and temps that went down in the 30s ---the houseboat was comfy the entire time.

Beautiful boathouse in the perfect location

This boathouse is in the perfect location downtown near the outdoor theater, restaurants and shopping. The houseboat is beautifully furnished and being the end unit, provided great views of the water. I will definitely book again.

Absolutely Stunning

We loved our stay at the Regency houseboat. The location is perfect with great views of the river. The house is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Our only issue was the sidewalk is being rebuilt causing some confusion with check in and some more steps in an already long walk but the parking garage is easy to access and the community has wagons for transport of groceries or other heavy luggage. Overall we loved it!!

We had a wonderful time hanging out on the back deck for meals and drinks. The boathouse is well-equipped with dishes, etc. The check-in and out processes were simple. The sunsets over the Cape Fear River were amazing.

Great houseboat

The views from this houseboat are worth it. Spent most of our time on the deck just relaxing. It’s a long walk to the end of the pier but you won’t regret it after you see the views! Comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen.

Really nice and unique stay for special occasions. Highly recommend....best view at the Cove property (riverfront end unit). Great view of the river and Battleship Cove from the top floor deck. Excellent location if attending an event at Live Oak Pavilion (0.3 mile walk along waterfront).

Great visit to Wilmington

This property lived up to its description. It’s very nice and the upstairs patio was heavenly. We watched fishermen in mornings; recommend binoculars! Outdoor music until about 10pm from nearby venues but it was fine! The inside was pretty soundproof. The parking is far for seniors but it’s worth the haul!

Beautiful houseboat. Gorgeous interior…super clean. It is a hike with suitcases, bags, etc. from parking area to the last spot on the pier. Once there it is fabulous though. Views from the decks are amazing. Beds are comfortable
