Beautiful rental property with a stunning water view! This rental will be beyond your expectations to ensure you have the best vacation. The house sits over the water and has a dock. Why not put a line in the water for some fishing or crabbing? This open floor plan house offers three bedrooms and 2 full baths. The first floor has one bedroom with a queen bed and private outside private deck for the bedroom. Also, on the first floor is a big living room, kitchen, and full bathroom with a washer and dryer, and a large, covered deck with outside couches and a dining table make this house perfect for entertaining guests or simply relaxing with your family. The second floor has a full bath with two bedrooms, a king size bed with another deck in one bedroom and a small third bedroom with a double pull-out bed. The driveway offers stacked parking.
Pictures were done before the house has been opened for the season. Extra pictures will be added to show kitchen, bathrooms and cover deck.
**Due to open staircase and docks the owner will not permit children that are under 8 years of age. All children need to be able to swim.**
