About this property

Tom and Lee's 1800 Victorian

Our home has been completely renovated. We feature all new Serta perfect sleeper beds, central air / heat, all new appliances and granite in the kitchen, our kitchen has all the cookware you'll need, bath 1 has a large Kohler walk in shower, bath 2 has an American Standard curved tub and enclosure. Wifi, netflix, prime, with a 55" TV with surround sound above our fireplace. Dining room sits 8 adults. Both King bedrooms have tv.

Our home is 8 blocks from the Atlantic Ocean and 1/2 mile from Delaware Bay, Rated as some of the top beaches anywhere.

Cape May has too many to list fine dining, cafes, lounges, and nightlife. A few other activities are whale watching, bird and wild life watching, deep sea fishing, jet ski rentals, golf cart rentals, bicycle rentals, or just spend a day at the beach.

Cape May family vacation

Tom and Lee's house is beautiful. Our family enjoyed staying in their home. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bathrooms were updated and spacious.

Quiet Yet Close to Everything

Great house for our large family, quiet street but easy walk to town, a little further to beach but very doable. Lots of free parking. Great updated kitchen and bathrooms, washer and dryer. Everything this mom needed for her family vacation. Owners are lovely people too!

Lovely Victorian home

Tom and Lee's house is beautiful and it truly feels like a home. Tom and Lee care very deeply about the house and were warm and in touch leading up to the vacation to make sure everything was in place. The location is fantastic - right across from the west cape may farmer's market, plenty of restaurants and things in walking distance and an easy bike to the beach/town but on a quieter street.

Wonderful house and owners

Tom and Lee answered our questions by phone and email before our arrival and were at the house to greet us, as we were the first renters of the season. They shared directions to the beach and suggested favorite restaurants. The location of the house is great. It is an easy walk to two different beach areas, to the mall, the grocery store and a farm stand.

Great location 1 mile from beach

The house was more than adequate for our needs. Great location near bicycle rentals, restaurants, and walking distance to pedestrian mall. Did not enjoy the rental sheets and towels from Linen Ladies - I suggest renting those from Homestead Realty instead. The towels were old and completely threadbare.

Great week in Cape May

Well maintained older victorian house. Beautifully updated bathrooms (2). Owners are very nice, there to greet us upon arrival and available by phone at any time, before and during stay. You must not leave any food on counters in kitchen as ants will get it...wish we knew that before leaving a dozen muffins (in closed boxes) on the counter first night, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you Thomas and Lee.

First time family Cape May vacation.

Wonderful retreat at this home on Cape May. This was our first family vacation on Cape May and the beach house was perfect. We were able to walk to town, beaches, restaurants, the beautiful Our Lady of the sea Catholic Church, grocery stores, fish stores and more. We also found driving and parking no problem. The house is exceptionally clean ( appreciated), beds are very comfortable, air conditioning is excellent, bathrooms are clean and updated, kitchen is well equipped, dining room is a large eat in area, living room has two large sofas, large television, fireplace. Front porch was our favorite place for mornings with the grandchildren. The backyard we enjoyed for evening grilling. The owners are responsive to any questions. Our only recommendation is to provide two keys for multiple families. We loved our stay at this beach house. Thank you! Joanne

Comfy Vacation Rental

This rental is newly renovated, clean, comfortable on a quiet street. A little far from the beach but walkable. Plenty of parking, super close to the outdoor farmers market on Tuesday, good restaurants & ice cream nearby.

Perfect in every way

We stayed at this adorable house the first week in July 2021. It was perfect in every way. Location, size, layout, cleanliness, accessibility to the owners. The size of the kitchen and eating area was great for my family. We loved having our morning coffee on the front porch, biking to the beach, town and restaurants. Parking was also more then sufficient. I highly recommend and look forward to renting again!!

Great Location and House!

We love this house! It had everything we needed and it was very clean. We loved hanging out in the front porch. The location is perfect, so easy to walk to everything or rent some bikes. We especially loved how accommodating Tom and Lee are. Communication was very easy with them. We hope to be back soon!

A little treasure in West Cape May

We booked this house after our Airbnb went south just days before our family vacation! The house was perfect for our family and grandparents we brought along! Owners were accommodating and very responsive! Walking distance to some great spots including the Washington Mall!
