This condo with modern design is on the 1st floor of the Trailside45 building, located next to the paved TART trail. It is newly renovated and furnished with new appliances, furniture and amenities. Walk into an open layout with a fully stocked kitchen, dining banquette and living room. You can walk/bike/drive to downtown Traverse City (TC), beaches and restaurants. Rent an ebike from Pedego and zip from TC to Suttons Bay or TC to Elk Rapids. Multiple skiing, snowmobiling and snow sledding options nearby. Great all season place to stay! Bedroom 1 offers a king size bed with memory foam mattress, 2 night stands with individual lamps, an ensuite bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet.

Both bedrooms are equipped with smart tvs with live cable as well as streaming services you can log into.

The living room has a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate another 2 guests.

The fully-equipped kitchen is stocked with new stainless steel appliances, microwave, blender, toaster and a separate coffee/tea station to make starting your day a breeze. The banquette also seats 4 and is a comfy spot to get some work done while you have TV on in the background.

Relax in the cozy living room after a day on the road. It features a comfy sofa (which can convert into a Queen sofa bed at night), a 55” Smart TV, an electric fireplace and a large collection of board games that everyone will love.

The building has a spacious and well appointed community room that is available on the 4th floor. Bike locker rooms are located near the elevators on each floor.
