• Dining table for 6, cozy living area with flat-screen TV
• Ocean-facing patio – perfect for coffee or sunset lounging
• On-property washer access with LG Washtower just outside the door
Guest Access:
• Full, private use of the unit and patio
• Located on the top floor of a beach triplex
• Shared backyard with fire pit, chairs, and cornhole
• Direct stairs to the sand – please watch your step
• Garage storage for bikes, scooters, and small gear
Pet-Friendly:
• Non-shedding dogs under 20 lbs welcome (pre-approval required for others)
• Must be crate-trained if left alone
• No cats or unapproved pets – $100 fee applies for unauthorized animals
• Pets not allowed on the public beach

• Quiet hours from 10pm–7am
• Space is not wheelchair accessible
