Mitten Flats #5 - 1 Block to the beach!

Fully renovated flat 1 block from the beach! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit sleeps up to 10 people. Walk to Lake Michigan in 4 minutes and down the pier to the lighthouse in 12. Enjoy the beach and take in the sunset. Check out all the shops downtown, also within walking distance, and grab a great meal at one of the local restaurants. Take in the sights of Ludington or take a drive along the lakeshore and check out the scenery. The unit is the upper unit in a 2-unit building, right on Ludington Ave - watch the holiday parades right out front!

Beautifully remodeled space within walking distance to the beach! Kitchen has all new appliances and coffee maker. Living area has new furniture and bathrooms have new fixtures. There's a sitting area right outside your door to watch the activity on Ludington Ave in addition to a shared deck area. Each bedroom has a queen bed and twin over full bunkbeds, so while it can sleep up to 10, please know that it would be tight quarters if you max out the occupancy.

Please note you will be sent our rental agreement upon booking. Also, there is a maximum of 2 dogs allowed with a $75.00 pet fee.

Long weekend getaway

The location was great! Distance to the beach or downtown Ludington was just a short walk. The deck offered fantastic entertainment. The unit was clean, tidy and well appointed.

Cute place

We were pleased with this property. It was clean and just like the photos. The only things we were wanting were a hair dryer and washer/dryer. We recommend this place!

Great location, needs bathroom update

T he GOOD: Walking distance to Sterns Beach and downtown touristy shopping. Near State Park. Clean, decent matress/pillows. Host was prompt to answer questions. Wonderful little touristy town! Half an hour's drive to Silver Lake sand dunes/ATVs. Theis is an old property with cosmetic updates. The BAD: mini toilet with a loose seat, enough hot water for about 2 showers, shower head not work properly, window AC in each bedroom/ no AC in kitchen/ living room, wifi is not mitten flats/ is is mittens flats, strange coffee maker.
